Earth connection and therapeutic group-work for a range of ages and participants.
"Earth Connections" Sessions (one-off, 4-week, or 6-week programs)
Earth Connections is a community circle where we can slow down, notice, and re-remember our entanglement with the web of life. We consciously use our bodies and whole senses, through earth-based meditations, joyful play, and deep collective listening. Throughout the sessions, Moran draws on sound (harp & flute) therapy and eco-poetry offerings to help us become fully present with whatever is. Earth Connections also creates space for honouring the full spectrum of emotional experiences that can arise when we remember our interconnections – whether that’s joy, pain, or something unexpected. Earth Connections sessions are designed to spark your imagination, offer hope, and provide the wonderous perspective of earth. We know that connection with the natural world increases overall wellbeing and happiness. Sometimes, we might just want a reminder of the complex beauty all around us! Some activities we might explore:

Why Eco-therapy?
Eco-therapy is a form of nature connection for wholeness and wellbeing. Our bodies enjoy green-space and breathing fresh-air, and our hearts love connecting with plants and animals. Sharing earth connection with others is often therapeutic, helping to bring clarity, calm, perspective, and joy. Eco-therapy originated as a way to (re)remember that our health and wellbeing happens in-relationship with everything around/as us. So, spending time consciously remembering our connections to earth and each other can directly increase our overall well being. Read this Yale Article discussing the recent ressurgence of earth-connection therapy. Good Therapy summarises "what is ecotherapy?" Who am I? Earth Enspiralled was founded by Moran – an ACA registered counsellor, IICT eco-therapist, harp/flute sound therapist, and award-winning spoken word performer. Moran is passionate about creating heartfelt, joyful group spaces, and offers earth connection workshops, retreats, and 1-on-1 therapy sessions around lutruwita/Tasmania to people of all ages. I live, work, and play on the stolen lands of the muwinina/palawa/pakana peoples in nipaluna, lutruwita/truwanna (so-called Hobart, Tasmania). I acknowledge that genocide is ongoing, and sovereignty has never been ceded. I acknowledge the sacredness of this land, and pay deepest respects to the past, present, and emerging custodians of these lands and waters. Always was, always will be, Aboriginal land.
