I will journey with you to be present with, and honour, whatever is.
Together, we will create space for you to re-remember your intrinsic wholeness.

1:1 Sessions
Group Classes by Request
A playful, meditative, somatic remembering of how to be in communication with our earth-spirit kin.
These are sessions for strengthening the muscles of your intuition and energetic-sensing. We’ll explore how to listen and communicate to our earth-spirit kin with care, protection, and boundaries. We’ll learn tangible ways of opening perceptual doorways through guided embodied practices and rituals.
These sessions might allow you to remember how to hear what your pear tree is saying, how to know if a waterfall gives permission for photographs, and how to receive and communicate with the wisdom of Spirit and your Ancestors on all layers of your being.
Sessions can be one-off, or on a regular ongoing basis. If you would like to work with me in a long-term mentorship capacity, payment plans are available.
Outdoors or Online via Zoom
Length :1.5 hours
Cost: $110 / Concession $90
NB: For Australians, this is AU$. For European/U.S. folks, the cost is in Euros or US$ – e.g. €110 /€90 or US$110/€90.
I offer a free intro call for folks who'd like to some more information, or to get to know me more, before booking a session.
Get in touch if your community/organisation/school/friend group are excited by re-remembering earth kinship. We can organise a tailored group session/s especially for your area of interest.

"I yearn to release the heaviness in my being”
"I yearn to release the heaviness in my being”
1:1 or group sessions
"I have some sense of where the heaviness (e.g. hurt, anger) comes from, and I’m ready and willing to release it."
“Ho’oponopono” means to bring into alignment, to make right. This is a powerful and sacred container for understanding what ‘pahakus’ or stones are inside your bowl of light, and releasing them through radical forgiveness and complete unconditional love. Pahakus can include anger, jealousy, pain, fear – the heavy denseness we carry around.

Kumu Pa'a Kawika Foster sharing the sacred mo'olelo of the Bowl of Light. This story is the origin, essence, and form of Ho'oponopono.
I was taught this form by Kumu Pa’a Kawika Foster, a 51st generation knowledge holder from the island of Molokai, Hawai’i. It is culturally grounded and a potent practice of completely and finally releasing whatever heavy stones we are carrying through life.
My role is the Luna/Haku: the conductor of the session. We work together through prayer and talking, to come to the root of the pahaku and then find the place in ourselves to release it.
(Please note, this traditional form is not the mantra practice you may encounter elsewhere).
1:1 Sessions
1:1 sessions are two hours, in-person or via zoom. Ho'oponopono takes the time it takes. Once we enter into the contract of Ho’oponopono, we are inside the sacred container until the work is totally complete. This also means whatever is brought forward in Ho'oponopono is completed in that session: the form is intended to be a once-off healing process.
Group Ho'oponopono
In Group Ho'oponopono, the Haku (conductor of the session) works individually with each person in the group, while the circle container is present and witnessing. This offers a profound collective healing for all present.
Ho'oponopono originated as a tool for the Ohana (family/community) to make things right. This also means your community or couple partnership might be called to a Ho'oponopono to forgive and return to right-relationship with each other.
Group sessions are normally a day, pending the number of participants.
Cost: $200 / Concession $150.
NB: For Australians, this is AU$. For European/U.S. folks, the cost is in Euros or US Dollars – e.g. €200 /€150 or US$200/€150.
Ho’oponopono (ideally) needs only one session. It is for finally and completely releasing our pahakus. The cost reflects this.

~ Rituals of Compassion and Presence (Eco-somatic counseling)
"I just need to be-with this feeling for a while. I yearn for a compassionate shoulder to cry on, and someone to walk with me through this pain."
"I just need to be-with this feeling for a while. I yearn for a compassionate shoulder to cry on, and someone to walk with me through this pain."
A sacred ritual space that honours whatever you’re experiencing. Perhaps we’ll tend to grief, or create a mandala that expresses your pain. We can talk, dance, and sing with wherever you’re at in the journey. We’ll call in earth-spirit kin to support you on the path, and find ways for you to keep being nourishing by these loving, life-giving guardians and friends.
What will I experience in a session?

At the beginning of your first session we'll find a nice bush patch to sit in, and talk about the background bits. I’ll also gather some details around what's happening for you now, and any history I need to be aware of. You can also share if there's a way of working you're more drawn to.
During the session, we’ll create a safe and sacred container to follow where you need to go. This could involve:

I offer sacred healing space for individuals and groups, through allowing a remembering of our innate interbeing. Whether it's (re)remembering how to hear tree-wisdom, or profoundly releasing the heaviness we carry, my approach is always grounded in aloha (unconditional love), compassion, and the strength of our multi-dimensional ancestors.

The background to my Approach
My approach begins with earth and spirit as a co-therapist, and the knowledge that you already have access to all the wisdom you need to move through this current moment. Sometimes all we need is support to develop the muscle of listening and receiving the wisdom within us, within earth, and within our souls. Often there are also blocks, traumas, patterns, or simply everyday living that gets in the way of us remembering our innate wisdom. So my intention is to hold a nurturing space for you to bear-witness to what's present, and move towards your innate wholeness. To do this, I blend on a variety of modalities:

Who are these sessions for?

I offer a free intro call for folks who'd like to some more information, or to get to know me more, before booking a session. where are sessions?
In-Person Sessions are normally in nipaluna/Hobart. However I am currently traveling through Europe – get in touch to inquire about locations. Online Sessions are via Zoom. In-person sessions take place in an easy-to-access bush reserve around nipaluna/Hobart. I recommend our first session is at Cartwright Point Reserve, Sandy Bay. This beautiful area has options to: be in an small quiet parkland with big gums, take a (short and slippy) track down to the ocean, or head into the forest along the start of the Truganini track. Please Note: there are no toilets at Cartwright Point. The closest toilets are Long Beach, Sandy Bay, or Taroona Beach. Once we've gotten to know each other, we can choose different bush reserves, such as Ridgeway Reserve or Kingston/Taroona beaches. Directions / Parking for Cartwright Point:
nipaluna's bush reserves are very close to the city, but they can have a remote feel to them. The tracks are often narrow, we might walk off-track over uneven ground, and there can be insect encounters and unexpected weather changes. This is often what makes outdoor counselling so powerful; the environment frequently offers us the adventure and unexpected insights we need in the moment. However, if any of this feels uncomfortable to you, please let me know and we can absolutely find a spot that suits your particular needs. What about the weather? Yep, nipaluna/Hobart can get wild, wet, and windy. Encountering the wildness of the weather can often be a really beautiful part of outdoor therapy. So I like to run sessions in most weather conditions. However, your comfort is the most important thing. So, we do sometimes need to reschedule an appointment due to weather. Often we might need to move our meeting location to a more comfortable spot. I'll normally check-in with you before making this call. |

I live, work, and play on the stolen lands of the muwinina/palawa/pakana peoples in nipaluna, lutruwita/truwanna (so-called Hobart, Tasmania). I acknowledge that genocide is ongoing, and sovereignty has never been ceded. I acknowledge the sacredness of this land, and pay deepest respects to the past, present, and emerging custodians of these lands and waters. Always was, always will be, Aboriginal land.
