I will journey with you to be present with, and honour, whatever is.
Together, we will create space for you to re-remember your intrinsic wholeness.

Ho'oponopono
"I am ready and willing to release the heavy pohakus/stones (e.g. anger, shame, fear) in my being”
“Ho’oponopono” means “to make right”, or “to bring into alignment”. A Ho’oponopono session is a powerful and sacred container for releasing the pahakus (stones) in your being, through radical forgiveness and unconditional love. In the Hawai’ian understanding, pahakus (stones) are things like anger, fear, shame, guilt, jealousy.
If you feel the pulse of readiness to finally let go of the pahakus in your being, then Ho’oponopono is for you.
I was taught this form by Kumu Pa’a Kawika Foster, a 51st generation knowledge holder from the island of Molokai, Hawai’i. The origin, essence, and form of Ho’oponopono is shared in the mo’olelo (story) of the Bowl of Light. Listen to Kumu Pa’a Kawika Foster sharing that story here –

More about Ho'oponopono
Within Ho’oponopono, my role is the Luna/Haku; the conductor of the session. The Luna/Haku works with you through prayer, talking, silence, and presence to find the root of the pahakus. Your work is then to let it go, through arriving at a place of forgiveness and unconditional love.
Ho’oponopono is a one-session process. Once we enter into the sacred container, we’re held by Akua (Source/the Cosmos/the everything) and our Ancestors until all the pahakus which are brought forward are completely released.
Ho'oponopono originated as a tool for the Ohana (family/community) to make things right. So; I also offer group sessions, and couple sessions, if you're called to forgive and return to right-relationship within your ohana.
Please note, this practice is not the mantra you may have encountered elsewhere. It is a comprehensive and culturally grounded modality.

Session details
1:1 Sessions
1:1 sessions are two hours, in-person or via zoom. Ho'oponopono takes the time it takes. Once we enter into the contract of Ho’oponopono, we are inside the sacred container until the work is totally complete. This also means whatever is brought forward in Ho'oponopono is completed in that session: the form is intended to be a once-off healing process.
Group Ho'oponopono
In Group Ho'oponopono, the Haku (conductor of the session) works individually with each person in the group, while the circle container is present and witnessing. This offers a profound collective healing for all present. Group sessions are normally a day, pending the number of participants. Please contact me if you, your community, or your partnership, would like to organise a group Ho'oponopono.
Cost –
Full Price 230 | Concession 160
The cost honours that Ho'oponopono is a one-session process.
A note on currency – I charge you in the currency you earn. If you're living in Australia, the price is AU$230/$AU160. If you're in Europe, the price is €230/€160. This reflects the reality that I live and work between currencies.

Eco-Somatic Counselling – Rituals of Compassion and Presence
“I just need to be-with this feeling for a while. I yearn for a compassionate shoulder to cry on, and someone to walk with me through this pain.”
Sometimes, we just need a supportive listening ear, or an honouring moment of sacred ritual. These sessions aren’t for fixing. They’re for offering ourselves the gift of presence. With earth and spirit as your co-therapist, we’ll create a sacred container for you to be present and honour whatever you’re experiencing.
This might mean letting your body (and earth’s body) express through movement/sound/tears/songs/words, talking it out while walking in the bush, or curating a ceremony/ritual that honours this moment in your journey (e.g. a grief ritual, or a rites of passage ritual).

What is Eco-somatic counselling (Rituals of Compassion and Presence)?
“Eco-somatic” understands that our body is earth’s body, and that earth is us. Beyond that; our body is the universe’s body, and the animate vitality of all flows through our bones. So, if we’re becoming present with, and honouring, our current moment, then it makes sense to let the whole of us express. The body, the soul, the earth, the mind, all.
Sometimes, we might find that something shifts, simply by bringing our full conscious presence to the depth of our current experience. Other times, it is enough just to have acknowledged what is.
These sessions are especially supportive for grief, of all kinds. Grief wants to move through us, to find outlets of emotional flow, to be honoured and held. Grief asks us to show up to our pain with tending hands. Rituals of Compassion and Presence offer you a chance to be held in your experience, exactly as you are.

Sensing Kin (Earth Listening)
“I yearn to deepen my relationship with earth-spirit kin”
These are sessions for strengthening the muscles of your intuition and energetic-sensing. We’ll explore how to listen and communicate to our earth-spirit kin with care, protection, and boundaries. We’ll learn tangible ways of opening perceptual doorways through guided embodied practices and rituals.
These sessions might allow you to remember how to hear what your pear tree is saying, how to know if a waterfall gives permission for photographs, and how to receive and communicate with the wisdom of Spirit and your Ancestors on all layers of your being.

More about Sensing Kin
Sensing Kin begins from the knowing that we are consciousness experiencing ourselves. Every being is always in connection and communication with every other being. As humans, it’s often necessary to remind ourselves of how we can consciously communicate and connect with every other being.
In these sessions, I offer practices, prompts, and suggestions which help flip our perceptions, and re-trust our intuition and sensing. We will work together to find which “gateway perceptual doors” suit you, whether that’s guided connection practices, embodied sensing and movement, music, quiet/still meditation, writing, playfulness, visual art, or something else entirely.
My approach is grounded in imagination, play, body-sensing, and creativity. I’ve noticed that if we can imagine something seemingly ridiculous (like a mountain speaking to us), then we’re able to let ourselves pretend it’s true, which can open us to then actually hearing the mountain.
For some people, re-remembering may involve layers of healing. Know that I will walk with you through whatever arises; and as we work together, I may encourage you to book another session focussed specifically on Ho’oponopono or Eco-Somatic Counselling.

What do I mean by "earth-spirit kin"?
All our family/friends/guardians/lovers/custodians (kin) in earthly and spirit form.
On one level, this actually means everything and everyone. The term “earth-spirit kin” can be useful, though, because it reminds us that our kin includes trees, solar systems, oceans, earth elementals, sound frequencies, Fae, ants, dragons, rocks, mountains… and everything in between.
Some people prefer saying “earth”, “nonhuman”, or “more-than-human”, “spirit allies”, “mulitdimensional family”. I like earth-spirit kin, because it reminds me of how intimately close in relationship I am with everything that is – and that I carry a responsibility to tend to my family/friends/guardians/lovers/custodians (kin), whatever form they take.

How do I come to be offering energetic sensing sessions?
For the past seven years, I have been training and learning with a beautiful range of earth-spirit mentors, teachers, and guides. Some have been human, while others have been specific trees, waterways and mountains, earth elementals, the Fae, and particular energetic frequencies beyond form.
Now, I am being asked by friends in human and spirit form to walk alongside others, as they re-remember too.
My genes and cultural lineage come, mostly, from Ireland, Cornwall, England, Norway, Germany, and Eastern Europe. I was born amongst pine forests of Frankfurt, Germany. My family moved to the Australian continent when I was 2 and I grew up, mostly, in Ngunnawal Country. I was beckoned into lutruwita in 2019, where the north-east/ Country was a powerful guardian and guide in my own re-remembering.
I honour the colonisation, and the ongoing lineages, spirit, wisdom, and peoples of all the Countries I’ve lived and worked and played with and been taught by. Always was, always will be.
You can read more about my personal/energetic journey through my Substack articles, and also through my poetry.

I offer sacred space for individuals and groups, through allowing a remembering of our innate interbeing. Whether it's (re)remembering how to hear tree-wisdom, or profoundly releasing the heaviness we carry, my approach is always grounded in aloha (unconditional love), compassion, and the strength of our multi-dimensional ancestors.

The background to my Approach
My approach begins with earth and spirit as a co-therapist, and the knowledge that you already have access to all the wisdom you need to move through this current moment. Sometimes all we need is support to develop the muscle of listening and receiving the wisdom within us, within earth, and within our souls. Often there are also blocks, traumas, patterns, or simply everyday living that gets in the way of us remembering our innate wisdom. So my intention is to hold a nurturing space for you to bear-witness to what's present, and move towards your innate wholeness. To do this, I blend on a variety of modalities:
I offer a free intro call for folks who'd like to some more information, or to get to know me more, before booking a session. Therapeutic qualifications and trainings

In-person sessions From 22nd February to 29th March 2026, I invite you into the Mountain Studio, Zoë Dojo, Fern Tree (10 Stephenson Pl, Fern Tree, 7054). This is a magical hexagonal wooden sanctuary, nestled in the foothills of kunanyi. In this space, we are held by the dolerite silhouette of the mountain, several wise old eucalypts, and some hidden tree ferns. We have the option of staying within the room, or venturing outside, either to just sit on the grass in the sunshine, or to walk along the lower kunanyi tracks. Driving from nipaluna/Hobart Follow Huon Rd towards signs for Mount Wellington/kunanyi. Once you pass the turn off to Pinnacle Road/kunanyi, take the first left-hand turn just before the Fern Tree Tavern. Stephenson Place is just around the corner. You’ll see a wooden hut-like structure on the hill; this is the Mountain Studio! Parking is available on the dirt driveway. Make sure to park on the left side of the driveway. By Bus Metro routes 446, 447, 448, and 449 all service Fern Tree; although plan ahead, because normally the buses only run every hour. The bus stop is at a cute stone shelter book-swap, and you turn directly left onto Stephenson Pl. The Mountain Studio is at the end of the road, in the wooden hut-like structure on the hill. Online sessions Online sessions are via Zoom. You will receive the meeting link via email. Please join our session from a private place where you won’t be disturbed. You might choose to prepare your space especially for the session, like clearing away, or lighting a candle, or creating a little altar next to your device. You will need a reliable internet connection, and device with enough power/battery life for a 2 hour video call. Please download the latest zoom update before our session (on a slow computer it can sometimes take 10 mins). |

I live, work, and play on the stolen lands of the muwinina/palawa/pakana peoples in nipaluna, lutruwita/truwanna (so-called Hobart, Tasmania). I acknowledge that genocide is ongoing, and sovereignty has never been ceded. I acknowledge the sacredness of this land, and pay deepest respects to the past, present, and emerging custodians of these lands and waters. Always was, always will be, Aboriginal land.
